Design Features
- Independent three-piece construction: the mid-section forms a complete, self-contained valve body, suitable for welded-end. clamp-end and other installation arrangements.
- Aspecial stem-end sealing design, combined with forced face sealing of the self-contained body, guarantees zero external leakage of the three-piece valve.
- The elastically compensating seat design achieves zero internal leakage, ensuring equipment-room safety.
- Optimized full-port design maximizes flow capacity; the streamlined disc profile reduces the flow-resistance coefficient and lowers the load on liquid-cooling pumps.
- Polished body flow passage and disc surfaces suit a variety of media and provide a low friction coefficient.
- Wide application envelope:with the appropriate sealing materials, reliable sealing is maintained from -40 °C to +180 °C.
- Pipeline testing at either end face can be carried out during installation and system operation; the valve can be used as an end-of-line valve.
- One-piece top flange design allows direct mounting of handles, gear operators, electric actuators and intelligent controsystems.
